Log Files

With each access to websites/applications, information is sent to the server of our website/application by the respective internet browser of your respective device and temporarily stored in log files. The stored data records contain the following data, which will be stored until automatic deletion: date and time of access, name of the accessed page, IP address of the requesting device, referrer URL (origin URL from which you accessed our websites), transferred data volume, load time, as well as product and version information of the respective used browser and the name of your access provider.

The legal basis for the processing of the IP address is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legitimate interest arises from ensuring:

  • smooth connection setup,
  • comfortable use of our website/application,
  • evaluation of system security and stability.

A direct inference to your identity is not possible based on the information and will not be drawn by us.

The data will be stored and automatically deleted after achieving the aforementioned purposes. The regular deletion periods are determined by the criterion of necessity.

Data Processing upon Registration in the Shop

When you register on one of our websites/applications and enter into a contract with us, we process the data necessary for the conclusion, execution, or termination of a contract with you. These include:

  • First name, last name
  • Billing and delivery address
  • Email address
  • Billing and payment data
  • If applicable, phone number

The legal basis for this is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of the GDPR, meaning you provide us with the data on the basis of the respective contractual relationship (e.g., managing your customer account, processing a purchase contract) between you and us. Additionally, for the processing of your email address in case of a purchase through our websites/applications, we are also obligated due to legal requirements in the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) to send an electronic order confirmation (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter c) of the GDPR).

Unless we use your data for advertising purposes (see below 3.3.), we store the data collected for contract processing until the expiration of the statutory or possible contractual warranty and guarantee rights. After this period, we retain the information required for the contractual relationship in accordance with commercial and tax law for the legally determined periods. For this period, the data will only be processed again in case of an audit by the tax authorities.

Transmission of Data to Transport Service Providers

For the purpose of delivering ordered goods, we cooperate with logistics service providers/transport companies and/or shipping partners: The following data can be transmitted to them for the purpose of delivering the ordered goods or for their announcement: First name, last name, postal address.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of the GDPR.

Data Processing for Advertising Purposes

Your data will be used for advertising measures. We will conduct advertising by postal mail and email. We only advertise for our own purposes and do not provide the data to third parties. It is possible that we may carry out advertising measures through advertising agencies. However, your data will only be used for advertising by us. We will only send you advertising that we believe will be of interest to you. We do not want to bother you.

Notification of the Right to Object

You can object to the use of your personal data for the aforementioned advertising purposes at any time, free of charge, with effect for the future.

If you object, your data will be blocked for further advertising data processing. We point out that, in exceptional cases, even after receiving your objection, there may still be a temporary sending of advertising materials. This is technically determined by the necessary lead time in the selection process and does not mean that we have not implemented your objection.

Cookies General Information

We use cookies on various pages to make the visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions and to statistically record the use of our website.
